At Sundooq, every order is handled with care - from the moment you check out to the joy of unboxing your curated delivery. We work with trusted logistics partners across the United Arab Emirates to ensure a smooth, reliable, and premium delivery experience.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. International and GCC shipping will be introduced soon. If your location falls outside our current delivery zones, please contact hi@sundooq.me , and our team will assist with possible alternatives.

Delivery Timeframe


  • Standard Delivery (UAE): 2 - 3 working days after order confirmation. 
  • Express Delivery (UAE major cities): 1 - 2 working days (where available).
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays

Shipping Fees


  • Free delivery for orders above AED 250/-. 
  • A standard delivery fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Any applicable delivery fees will appear at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you experience any delays or issues, our customer care team is here to help at hi@sundooq.me.

Failed Deliveries


If delivery cannot be completed (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or missed courier contact): 

  • The courier will attempt redelivery. 
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to Sundooq, and re-shipping charges may apply. 

Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.

Packaging & Presentation


Every Sundooq order arrives in our signature branded packaging, designed to offer a premium unboxing experience. We use recyclable materials wherever possible to support sustainability and reduce waste.

Damaged or Missing Items


If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly through replacement or refund.

International Shipping (Coming Soon) 

Sundooq will soon offer shipping across the GCC and select international destinations. Timelines, costs, and courier options will be announced upon launch.
